I chose to upload a picture taken of a Mayan pyramid. The Mayans and other ancient civilizations created massive structures as part of religious or magical rituals. What these people have created cannot be reproduced in present day. The Mayan pyramid stands as an example authentic art, it only subsist in the time it was built. Researchers have tried to understand ancient cultures through their art, but it doesn't seem like we will fully understand them; therefore their art cannot be reproduced.
The structures can be photographed and distributed, but I don't see it as a form of replication because they are still standing. The only way to fully experience this is to visit the location.
