Zachary Bornstein - Linear Perspsective Rennaissance Artist


Joos van Cleve uses lines on the floor and overlapping effectively to imply a sense of space. He uses the bed and the door in the background to have lines from different places throughout the piece to give the art a further sense of depth. Additionally he has objects recede into the background. The people get smaller. The lines also work well to bring the eye to a central focusing point.
