Brielle - Imitation Project

I decided to draw Dancers at the Barre by Edgar Degas because I love the image and wanted to play around with the human form and thought that the shading was really interesting. I couldn't get the image to upload though! Sorry guys...I sent Ian the photos instead. 

I also tried recreating Le Bal A Bougival by Renoir, because I loved the expression on the woman's face...but when I tried redrawing it, I ended up leaving her face blank because I couldn't capture her expression the way I wanted to.
